Return and Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before shipment without any cancellation fees.
To cancel an order, please contact us at customercare@kingarslan.com/+971 52 540 8447 with your order number and cancellation request.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and must follow our returns process below.

2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most perfume products meaningfully unused and in original condition with all seals intact. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Returned within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified).
Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened bottles or products that show signs of use may not be accepted for return. Please inspect your product carefully before opening or using.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email us at customercare@kingarslan.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review and send you return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it as instructed.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Important: If your bank or payment provider takes additional time to post the refund, that delay is outside our control.

5. Exchange Option
If you wish to exchange your perfume for a different fragrance or volume:
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
You may be responsible for any price difference between the original and new item.
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless otherwise stated.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using tracked shipping so returns can be tracked and confirmed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
