Shipping Information

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on weekdays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (India)

* Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International Shipping
* Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
* Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
* Free Standard Shipping is available for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹__).
* Express Shipping has a fixed rate depending on the region.

Packaging & Handling
Perfumes contain flammable liquid and require careful packaging. All our perfume bottles are securely packed using protective materials and sturdy outer boxes to minimize damage risk in transit. Due to regulations related to shipping liquids (Class 3 flammable goods), certain carriers may apply additional handling requirements.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply in your country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery might be delayed if customs clearance is required.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier and safety regulations, some regions may have restrictions on shipping perfumes or limits on quantity per shipment. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:
* A shipping confirmation email
* A tracking number to monitor delivery status
You can track the shipment at any time using the courier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We strive to deliver your order safely and on time.
* If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
* If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Replacement or refund decisions will follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
